សិក្ខាសាលា"ដំណើរឆ្ពោះទៅរកការបោះឆ្នោតដើម្បីនាំមកនូវការផ្លាស់ប្ដូរ" https://www.facebook.com/video.php?v=1208540835829880 https://www.facebook.com/video.php?v=1208580469159250 បទអន្ដរាគមន៍របស់ខ្ញុំ កឹម សុខា អនុប្រធានគណបក្សសង្គ្រោះជាតិនៅក្នុងឱកាសសិក្ខាសាលាស្ដីពី “ដំណើរឆ្ពោះទៅរកការបោះឆ្នោត ដើម្បីនាំមកនូវការផ្លាស់ប្ដូរ” នៅសណ្ធាគារអីមភើរៀល នាថ្ងៃសុក្រ ទី០២ ខែតុលា ឆ្នាំ២០១៥។ នៅក្នុងអង្គសិក្ខាសលានេះ ខ្ញុំបានបញ្ជាក់អំពី៖ -ចំណុចទី១.ផ្ដោតលើបំណងសិក្ខាសាលា គឺដើម្បីកសាងសារនយោបាយ យុទ្ធសាស្រ្ដ និងផែនការសកម្មភាព -ចំណុចទី២.ខ្ញុំបានស្នើ៧ ចំណុច ដើម្បីឲ្យអង្គសិក្ខាសាលា លើកមកពិភាក្សារួមមាន៖ ១.ការរក្សា និងពង្រឹងកម្លាំងដែលមានស្រាប់ ២.ការទាក់ទាញ និងការពង្រីកកម្លាំងថ្មីបន្ថែម ៣.ការស្វែងយល់ឲ្យបានច្បាស់អំពីច្បាប់ នីតិវិធី និងយន្ដការនៃការបោះឆ្នោត ៤.ការវាយតម្លៃចំពោះគណបក្សសង្គ្រោះជាតិខ្លួនឯង ៥.ការកំណត់នូវចំណុចខ្លាំង និងចំណុចខ្សោយរបស់គូប្រគួត ៦.ការកំណត់យកប្រធានបទសម្រាប់និយាយ និងធ្វើសកម្មភាពចំពោះមុខ និង៧.ការបង្កើតនូវយន្ដការសម្រាប់អនុវត្ត។ និង -ចំណុចទី៣. ខ្ញុំបានស្នើឲ្យសិក្ខាសាលា បង្កើតយន្ដការផ្ទៃក្នុងគណបក្សសង្គ្រោះជាតិមាន៣ចំណុចសំខាន់គឺ៖ ១.ការបង្កើតឲ្យមានក្រុមគិត វិភាគ និងផ្ដល់យោបល់(Think-Tank) ២.ការបង្កើតក្រុមបកស្រាយព័ត៌មានពិត(ប្រតិកម្មឆ្លើយតប) និង៣.ការបង្កើតយន្ដការសម្រាប់តាមដាន និងវាយតម្លៃ ក្នុងការអនុវត្តន៍ផែនការយុទ្ធសាស្រ្ដ និងសកម្មភាពទាំងអស់នោះ។
